Beautifully renovated historical hotel with a super friendly welcome. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. There is some train noise during the night but it didn’t bother us that much (and would have been solved by ear plugs). The coffee and muffins from the bakery downstairs were sublime.

We stayed at Cottage Lake on our last night of our honeymoon roadtrip. John, Beth and Harley the dog were wonderful hosts and we were made to feel completely at home in the beautiful surroundings as soon as we arrived. There is a terrace overlooking the lake, with a fire for when it gets dark, as well as a hot tub perfectly located under the treehouse itself.
