"Such a great spot! We were there for a surgery at Chatswood Private, and the silkari was the perfect location! Check in was a breeze and the team was lovely! Directly across from Chatswood Chase shopping centre, and only a few minutes walk to Westfields. The suite was perfect for us. Kitchen was reasonably equipped, enough for a short stay. The 2nd bedroom door was a sliding frosted glass, not ideal if the person needs a dark room, but our toddler was fine. The bathrooms are very spacious. Showerheads are pretty intense, but I do prefer a rain showerhead! Very clean room and hotel in general. The daily complimentary coffee in the morning was so very appreciated! "

"Very convenient being located at zoo, super relaxing, lovely guided evening tour ($extra) and morning tour, plus got to roam the zoo so got to see all the animals. One staff member was not very informative and was difficult to understand, otherwise the rest were great."

"I couldn't stay in the room they were offering me. Tiny, musty, old ,dark, no room to move, no view of anything. Wasn't offered a bigger room. More like a backpacker/ hostel tiny room. I had to forfeit the full amount I had paid and moved to a better class hotel. Not for me I'm afraid. Prison cells are better than that!"
