"We had an excellent weekend at Horseshoe Riverside Lodge. The location is fantastic, and the place looks exactly like the photos — everything is true to what you see online. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated with a charming Texas style that really helps you connect with the place and its surroundings. Wendy is an outstanding host: welcoming, attentive, and truly caring. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be coming back in the summer to fully enjoy the river. Highly recommended."

Just wanted to have a nice getaway for our anniversary, and look forward to time away from the to-dos of home and busyness of a life with young kids, and this was just what we needed! "My recent stay at this location was very satisfying. The gentleman attendee in reception was friendly. The room was spacious, clean, cool and the beds were very comfortable. The weather did not permit us fo enjoy the lake which is walking distance from the hotel. But all in all I had an enjoyable time at Canyon Lake. I would love to go back to enjoy the lake."
