"We had a really good stay at Monterrey. The staff was kind, brought in new towels, emptied the trash and cleaned the floors each morning (HUGE thank you since sand gets EVERYWHERE!). The beds were comfortable with soft pillows so we slept well. Our only issues was the water pressure was not great so showering took a long time but at least we got clean, lol.
