"The cleaning and maintenance staff is a 10 out of 10!! Each of them greeted us at all times. Coming off the elevator, passing by in the parking lot, while they were cleaning the pool, etc. They made the stay very pleasant along with the property in general. We enjoyed going to the Tiki Bar by the pool, the bar tender is very nice and she recommended great drinks. CONS: 1. I wish they had restrooms closer to the pool so its convenient for the kids. 2. They do need to upgrade the property a little. The bathroom door in my suite didnt lock. Also the sliding doors to the balcony didnt lock so it was easy for my 5yo to open by himself. They could use a little oil as well so they don't make noise when everyone is sleeping. 3. The breakfast area was a little crowded because there isnt much room to walk between the tables and food area. Everyone is trying to move back and forth to get what they need and it can be overwhelming. Just be patient and you'll get it done. Overall we enjoyed our time!"

"The only positive thing about this property was the fast check-in. Upon walking to our room we noticed a lot of dirty linen throughout the hallway , which seemed odd because if rooms were being cleaned why not put dirty laundry in a dirty hamper basket. Approximately 10 minutes after being in our room my wife was using the bathroom , a housekeeper barged into the room. My wife was so upset/ embarrassed. The housekeeper stated she didn't know the room was now vacant , she just wanted to make sure she cleaned the room properly. I don't fault the housekeeper , but the front desk receptionist should inform the housekeeping staff when rooms are now occupied. Our toilet kept running throughout the night. Informed the receptionist of the findings , the lady had an attitude and then stated that nothing was wrong with the toilet. The tub had a lot of rust in it to the point you can tell the shower wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. I asked a housekeeper if he could clean the tub, he stated that he didn't have anything to clean the tub but he would send someone else which never happened. The breakfast was a joke. This property has definitely gone down since my wife and I visited 2 years ago. The staff was rude. We will not staff at this property in the future."

"I was disappointed with my stay at Prince Resort. The property feels quite neglected—the elevators are old and dirty, and the room was in poor condition. The mattress in the master bedroom was worn out and noisy, and the TVs are very outdated. While they promote 'going green' with signs about reusing towels, it honestly feels more like an excuse to cut costs on basic service rather than a real environmental effort. They’ve even removed the paper checkout process. To top it off, the construction across the street was a disaster; the loud banging started at 7:00 AM and didn't stop all day. It feels like they are cutting corners everywhere while renting out a deteriorating property. "
