"Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and we were able to park in the lot and check in early which worked out really well for a daytime ballgame. The room was spacy and clean. Beds were cozy and they had great pillows. We visited the terrace on the top floor for a lovely view of the arch and river - don't miss it. We had a room just off the elevator and had no problems with sound from the elevator or hallway! Ordered breakfast off the menu and it was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Ordered pizza from Pops just a block and a half away and it was delish, brought it back to the hotel. It was a great stay!"

"The room was nice and clean there was a odor not worth to complain about I guess because they allow pets overall it was good I was able to enjoy the rooftop which was amazing I will be coming back for another stay Thanks Moonrise for an enjoyable stay ❤️"

My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also excellent, with convenient access to nearby restaurants, attractions, and the beautiful Forest Park. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza to anyone visiting St. Louis.
