"A bit run down. Bathtub looks like it has seen better days and the carpet could use a cleaning. Window curtains didn’t close all the way (my room was on the first floor by parking, so this did not make me happy.) Worst of all, the exterior door by the dumpsters doesn’t lock and the door to the first floor rooms was propped open. On the plus side, the towels were good and bed was comfortable. "

"There’s no electric plug for CPAP machines. I had to get down on my hands and knees to unplug the alarm clock and use an extension cord for the two CPAP machines we travel with. I had to wait 20 minutes for my suite to be ready despite arriving a full hour after 4 pm check in allowed. The TV in the lounge area did not work which is part of the point of booking a suite so that tv doesn’t disturb travel companions sleep. The front desk was unable to get assistance for the tv so it was never available."

"Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better."
