I do apologize for the housekeeping issues you noticed in your room and for the problem with the chair in your room. Thank you for making us aware of these issues so we can address them. While we are a non smoking hotel, we do allow our guests to smoke outside and the gazebo area is the only covered area for this purpose so it is used frequently to give our guests who smoke a place to do it away from our guestrooms and entrances.
