"We booked for a Saturday night before our flight back home on Sunday evening. The late checkout was really helpful since we had a later flight- we paid a $60 fee which allowed us to check out at 6pm on Sunday. Most hotels have a late checkout of 2 or 3pm at the very latest, so we were very grateful for that.
This hotel is only a few steps from the Auckland International Terminal, and it is closer than the Pullman hotel. We chose this hotel to maximize convenience, and we made the right choice! The staff were helpful and accommodating, the room service was great, and the late checkout made our departure a smooth experience! My husband commented that it was the easiest departure day that we have ever had! Thank you so much!"
