the property is old, the carpet is old and im not sure if its really clean. Nothing to do much in Dartmouth area so i would only recommend this when you have something to do in the area. We were there for my daughter’s graduation at UMass

They said that the pool was open on arrival they said the pool was closed . The worker then mislead me not once but twice about a stay / using the pool towns away but having to stay here when I just came from the area of the other best western it was a terrible experience

Positive stay
Helpful, accommodating staff. Very clean! As I mentioned to the staff, the tub cleaner they used left a slightly slippery residue which washed off, which is the only reason I left less than all 'happy faces'.

I give it a 7
I live in Florida and came up for Christmas to see my children and grandchildren. I rented a suite which was advertised as a full kitchen. There was indeed a kitchen but there were no utensils, plates,or pans. This was disappointing. On another note there was plenty of room and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Christmas Get Away.
Very nice and clean Best Western. I also liked the cute breakfast bar. Very helpful employees. It was a great Christmas Day get away. Went to see the Color Purple at the Mall and this Hotel is the best location. 🙏👍

Heating unit in room very noisy. Rooms very spacious. We had king bed room. TV had no SLEEP function. Which is really standard in all HDTV these days. Soda vending machine on floor 3 was out of everything except water. Check in personnel very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Complimentary breakfast offered but we did not partake except coffee which was just ok
