"The room was very comfortable and clean and the food was excellent. The only problem during my stay was the breakfast was delayed but it was a system issue and nothing to do with the exceptional staff. Still giving 5 stars overall "

"Excellent stay at the Old Custom House over Easter weekend. We were able to get into our room early and were pleased with how nicely decorated and well equipped the room was. We also had a lovely view from the two windows over the very pretty harbour. The bed was very comfortable and although quite small, the room was full of character. Staff were friendly and welcoming at the hotel and the lady doing breakfast both mornings we were there was delightful. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good."

"Good value. Staff/ family are friendly. Great as a stop over if you are walking, beaching, staying over for work and are not looking for an experience stay. Property could do with some rennovation and modernisatio n but perfectly ok."
