Services and towels
We stayed 2 nights , 23rd March and out 25th , we were stranded because of the flood and our train could not pass. The services at the restaurant were awful , the trainee was trying to do his best the rest or the stuff standing chatting trying not to look at you when you tried to get their attention. , for that kind of hotel I quest you don't expect too much for the buffet , . The towels are not white , it was white at one point when it was new ... If I really really have to stay there would bring my own towels but not making senses right !!!!!

Best wifi gratis in Cirebon
Great hotel. Everything is clean and comfy. Best wifi connection with high speed up to 30 Mbps or even faster. Only downside is location not as strategic as other hotels, but if you have a car then it doesn't matter as it's still relatively close to the city center.

The goods and the bads
The place is nice, room is clean & give a simplistic luxury. But here comes the bad, the location of the hotel is too noisy and the food always the same each morning.

Very nice and new hotel with great breakfast to the roomprice and nice people. BUT very very nosy location from early morning - specaly from the roads and mosque. The hotel is good and very lov price compare to the new standard if you are a good sleeper :-)

Great new hotel with affordable rate
Great new hotel. Very clean. Affordable. Good breakfast, especially considering the room rate. Location is in city center but not within the shopping district. Very good WiFi connection in the rooms. Only slight issue is very limited car parking lot. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

The hotel is nice, my room is ocean view, room is clean, bathroom is good, breakfast is good too, very close to Cirebon town, close to the important cultures of cirebon, many restaurants around! One was disappointed when we arrived, we have 3 bags and my brother has sick/struck and no one is helping to carry our bags also open doors for us! Bad bad customer service!!!! no customer oriented!!

Hôtel accueillant, petit-déjeuner excellent
Cet hôtel était parfait pour une nuit, le seul petit point étant la propreté de la salle de bain qui pouvait être meilleure. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, très fourni, et le personnel était très disponible et accueillant.

部屋もとても綺麗でホテルスタッフの応対もよく良いホテルだと思います。ただ、部屋の冷蔵庫が全く冷えなかったことと、レストランにはアルコールが全くないことが残念でした。朝食はビュッフェスタイルですが、他のホテルに比べると一番日本人の口に合うかなと思います。朝食はおすすめです。

清潔で快適なホテル
若干交通の便は悪いが、清潔で快適なホテルだった。 帰り際に、タクシーを頼んだが、車が来ないとの事でホテル車で目的地迄送ってくれたが、料金を具体的に伝えてくれず、少々困った。

Sehr schönes freundliches Hotel
Wir haben 2 Nächte im Hotel NEO in Cirabon übernachtet und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet (inkl. Wasser, Tee, Wasserkocher und Kosmetik) und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde sogar deutsch gesprochen! Das Restaurant ist wirklich hübsch und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Falls wir wieder nach Cirebon fahren, werden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Kamar bersih tp layanan front office mengecewakan
1. Proses check in sedikit mengecewakan karena ada rombongan yang datang sekitar 30 menit lebih lambat dari kami dan mendapatkan proses kamar lebih dahulu dari kami hanya karena berbicara dengan salah satu staf hotel dan staf tersebut lgs ke front office minta tolong disiapkan kamar at least 1 dahulu dan kami protes atas tindakan tersebut. 2. Area parkir terbatas untuk tamu yang membawa mobil. 3. Kamar bagus dan bersih hanya kurang exhaust di kamar mandi tidak ada 4. Menu sarapan yang beragam
