"It's a very nice hotel--clean, well run, great security, very helpful staff. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it lacked luxurious touches. No bathrobes, linoleum floors in the rooms instead of carpet, the breakfast was expensive ($16.95 buffet) but very basic. But if we go back to Chapel Hill we will definitely stay there."

"we got there in the late evening and had difficulty checking in ( nobody at front desk, nobody answering the phone, eventually somebody came). The shower was almost impossible to figure out how to use. When the staff was around they were helpful."
