Clean, spacious modern facility. Ample parking. One front counter staff member came off a little cold and unwelcoming. Same person was working the counter on both occasions when we checked in during the last two weeks. She would benefit from some customer service training/or coaching.

This property is average and clean, it was a nice spot to sleep. We were extremely disappointed however because we had called in advance to see if the pool was open. The lady reassured me on the phone it was, when we checked in the next day however it was closed. This was extremely saddening because it was the reason we booked this hotel. We ended up having to spend more money to go to another pool in the area. If this was the case we would’ve stayed at a much cheaper hotel and went swimming somewhere else like we ended up doing. The breakfast is decent we ate however it was below average.

The Bed and bedding was Excellent. The Room was modern and spacious. Worth the price for what you get. Breakfast was mire than i expected. Nice variety. Nice set-up. What we didn't like: The heating/fan system was not user friendly. Took a while to figure it out. We needed to look it up online to find a you tube video. The TV guide didnt match the channels on the TV. Sone channels were poor quality. Thank You.

keep the hockey teams on the 2 and 3rd floor and the higher floors for other guests. Mini sticks games in the hallway, kids yelling, groups going back and forth between rooms.

Pool closed...
We were in North Bay for a karate tournament. I booked this hotel for the pool and gym. Unfortunately, we were told the pool was closed upon check in. The gym was very minimal but served the purpose. Our room had a very noisy AC unit that kept waking me up. The pillows were also very flat, but 2 were too much.
