Broken furniture, no warm water one morning and faucet drips all the time.In three days they never clean our room or exchange towels.Walls are paper thin and you hear everyone in the hallway. Staff was nice

Problems with - the shower - not possible to control direction - so I couldn't get the water aiming down, and got water all over the floor. Phone and tv remote didn't work. Coffee maker wouldn't work - directions impossible to decipher on the machine. Very frustrating.

It was a convenient location near everything we needed. The price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were comfortable. On the negative side, the drawers in the room were broken, the breakfast was limited and the exercise machines in the fitness rooms were of low quality.

I was amazed that this small hotel had all these amenities. They had a washer and dryer available to customers, a small gym, and a swimming pool. Wifi and complementary breakfast were good.

I go here often and this time got the must expensive room. I was deeply disappointed. The Jacuzzi tub is very old and only one button works. The shower head needs to be replaced. The toilet you have to flush several times. Three mattress is really bad and hurt my back and the free breakfast used to be better.

Was really worried about what I had booked for my sons wedding but overall the hotel Was clean yes people live there but they were polite and quiet, yes a homeless guy lives in the parking lot but he never bothered Anyone. All together I think we had five rooms for people wedding related and all Seemed pleased. Breakfast could have been better considering there isn’t much in this town to eat at, but overall it worked for what we needed.

Drawers in dresser were broke, hair was in tub still from previous guests, bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned still had toothpaste splatter on it, housekeeper had her child there screaming in hallway, and to top it off drug looking type person hanging around lobby and sitting on ground in drive up area wrapped in blanket smoking.

Comfort Convenience
Great staff and close to main roads and expressways. Shopping (Target, etc.) just down the street. Quiet clean rooms. Ample parking. An older facility but don’t let that deter you.

There were people sitting all around the property, in the middle of the street and guest unloading area smoking and barely clothed. Did not feel safe with children.

average hotel, nice rooms. indoor pool was dirty & we had to ask staff to clean it twice. still didn't appear to be very clean. front desk staff was not very welcoming when we checked in, but every other staff member we interacted with was friendly.

Overall Very Disappointing
Check-in was seamless and staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was open when we got there and smelled horribly of weed and did not go away by the time we left the next morning. Some stains on one of the bed spreads. The shower didn’t drain well but they did address that while we were out which I appreciated. There was what appeared to be a homeless man living in the lobby.

We were about to enter Gillette Stadium for an outdoor concert, when the phone rang. It was Ruby from this motel letting us know that our room was not in a condition to be occupied but they would put us in a nicer, "sister" motel. The other motel - Home2 - by Hilton, was very nice, BUT it was 20 miles away! We were told it was only 6 or 10 miles! Very, very unhappy!

People there are amazing. In the beds are pretty comfortable. But left to go get food, and came back. My room smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time we were there

The room needs a little bit of improvement. There was a crack in the sink the tub needs refinishing, and the overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. The staff at the front desk was very nice. The pool was a little disappointing. The water was a little slimy and cloudy and ice cold I don’t remember if it said it was a heated pool or not the complementary breakfast was good.

The property and room were fine. I did have trouble finding the property while going north as I drove by it twice. The breakfast was OK, but not up to many of this chain.

Horrible place
We got into the hotel late and went straight to bed. In the morning we woke up and realized the bathroom walls had mold in ALOT of spots. We let the front desk know. We let the kids swim for a few minutes and the pool area was gross. When we were checking in at 11:30 pm there was a sketchy man laying in the parking lot & when I asked the front desk checking name in they laughed and said he lives there. The man scared my children & made me uncomfortable honestly didn’t want to check in and shouldn’t of we should of found a better place. After discovering the mold we asked for a refund and the hotel manager is supposed to call us back and it- it’s 2 days later & haven’t heard anything still.
