"Uncomfortable bed that made loud noises everytime you moved, asked for extra pillows and was told they dont have any extra pillows at the hotel, A/C barely worked, small bathroom"

"The main lobby of the hotel is very nice. The room looks nice when you first walk in, but you begin to notice that it’s outdated. The window was missing a sheer curtain, but the clips that used to hold a share curtain were still there — they should’ve been removed or the curtain should’ve been replaced. The sink in the bathroom had a very slow drain that resulted in the sink being dirty after something like washing my face or brushing my teeth because all the soap would just stick to the side sides of the sink. Very off-putting. There was no microwave in the room— Even though there’s a space for a microwave. Doors are paper thin and you can hear everything in the hall. But what I found most frustrating was when I was preparing to leave the next morning, I had just finished getting ready and I was packing everything away and at 11am *on the dot* housekeeping came to the room. I told them that I was finishing packing up and was going to be out of the room in just a moment. And literally, minutes later, I get a call from the front desk with a reminder of the 11 AM checkout time. I understand that, yes, I’m supposed to be out by 11 AM but the multiple addresses to my room to remind me to get before 11:05am out was in really poor form — made me realize I’m just a dollar sign. Because of this, I won’t be staying there again. Jimmy at the front desk was amazing, though. Only good thing about my experience. "

"Wonderful place to stay. Close to Chipotle, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and shopping. Good access to Amherst and I-90. "

"The breakfast was v good for someone keeping a Gluten free diet. They had GF muffins and bars on request. Also GF bagels and a separate toaster. They had cheese and yogurt for protein. The 2 double bed room fit 3 ok, but the bathroom was tricky for more than 1 person."

"A charming little hotel, with tasteful decor. The breakfast is delicious — fresh homemade Greek yogurt, fruits and granola, avocado toast and cereals. The best part is the staff — attentive and friendly!!"

"Great breakfast, waffles, etc. "K." said there was only one key, so I was a lil bit upset, but the next morning "J." Made all the difference very charming, and courteous young man. Location is perfect, but a bigger well lit, and visible Sign would be recommended. "

"Beautiful historic property perfectly situated. From the friendly staff and fresh apple-cinnamon doughnuts to the nicely appointed rooms to the warm and generally quiet reading room where we were able to enjoy a game of chess, this place was a hit with us."

"This property was very nice and cozy, very few amenities, coffee and tea at front desk area however it was appreciated. Only draw back I had was the sheets were a little bit stained and there was only one trash bin in the room and non in the bathroom. I would rebook at this inn in the future, the attendant at the front desk was also very nice. "
