This a wonderful gem in the heart of Norrtalje. Ask for one of the few rooms with a balcony and enjoy the riverside ambience.

A great stay!
Always a great stay at this hotel. It is a charming hotel with lovely staff and I stay there on every visit when I go to Norrtalje

Scenic waterfront
The hotel is very nice. Unfortunately we were visiting during their hottest July on record and with no A/C we had to borrow fans from the hotel. It did not have basic care products for use in the bathroom and no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The local area is scenic, but not much shopping compared to Stockholm. The restaurant downstairs is nice, but with a small menu it was difficult to find variety for our taste. Overall it was nice and quaint. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

A nice and well positioned hotel.
A nice and tidy well positioned hotel. Great staff. This is my third stay at this hotel and it is always very enjoyable. The only fault I have is that the rooms are very basic. No fridge, coffee or tea facilities, but this does not stop me returning, a travel kettle is a must if you like a hot drink first thing in the morning.

Nice hotel
Nice room and good service. Coffee and tea in the bar. Nice sauna. I miss a small gym, just a bicycle or cross trainer machine would be great.

Go there in Summer and NOT in Winter!
i stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. In Winter it is very quiet and there is really nothing to do whatsoever. The single room was all very neat and clean but the TV was all Scandinavian and there was nothing for me to watch. Thank goodness I had my book. Restaurant and reception staff were all very sweet and helpful

Friendly Staff But....
This hotel had the only friendly staff people I found on my trip to Sweden. But somehow a bar charge appeared on my bill that took two phone calls and quite a bit of time to erase. The rooms have recently be refurbished. The parking provided is city parking and requires coordination with the staff to have the correct pass.

Helt okej-men uppdatera sängarna/se över sängar.
Trevlig personal och hotellet låg väldigt bra till. Rent på rummet. Men, tyvärr var rummet lite kallt, inga mattor på golven och sängarna rangliga. (Gled isär, benen umder ena var ditskruvade snett) Inget extratäcke och en filt Fin utsikt mot hamnen! Trevlig personal och helt okej Frukost!

Städningen var bra, vi bode i ett rim för 3 personer, väldigt rymligt o fint rum, men vi saknade kylskåp även om vi vart erbjudna is från baren så hade det vart gått med tex kall dryck på rummet. saknade även aircondition det var väldigt varmt på rummet även om det inte var så varmt ute. Gick ej att ha fönster öppet då det var ett jäkla liv utanför senare på kvällen.
