A normal hotel inside a shopping mall

You enter the hotell through a shopping mall. Works fine day time but after the mall closes u might need to ring the bell and only one entrance is available. Depending where you are arriving from (train, metro, bus) you might need to go around the whole building to find the only one entrance available at night. Signaling is non-existing. The room is quite average, no luxuries, no extras.

Good value for money with great restaurant area

I was unlucky in getting a ground level room facing the street and parking lot, but apart from that the room was great, specially considering what I paid for it. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming if you do not eat meat (which I do not) or gluten (which I do not). This was more than compensated by a great atmosphere in the restaurant / breakfast area. Also, if you like meat, there was an abundance of different variations.

The receptionist at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was great and actually very quiet on our hotel floor didn’t hear anything from the other rooms. Our room was decent, although the tv didn’t work and the screen gave off a light the whole day and night. We had to cover it with a towel. There was a half drunken water bottle left maybe from a previous guest.

Frukost- Snålt. Dryck som juicer och shots var utspädda med vatten. Upptinade pannkakor utan smak. Service- Kallt, ej så välkomnade även vid huvud entre sa knappt personal hej eller hejdå när man gick förbi. Kändes som att man var osynlig.

Besviken på info brist- nöjd med bemötande

Fantastisk personal serviceminded på alla vis Hotellet väldigt slitet, speciellt bastu avdelningen hade behövt en rejäl uppfräschning men det var rent o fint Hade önskat ett jour nummer då receptionen inte var bemannad Kunde även funnits lite tips på sevärdheter med ”vandrings” kartor och cykel kartor Vi hade otur att få ett rum där det inte fanns ett fönster att öppna och ingen ac endast en pytteliten bordsfläkt som gjorde minimal effekt Rummet vette mot en festlokal och volymen från högtalarna gjorde det omöjligt att sova då det var en fest på lördagskvällen Vi fick ingen information om något av detta då vi kom till hotellet Stackars receptionspersonalen hade tydligen inte heller fått någon information från restaurangen om att det skulle vara en så pass högljudd fest Rummet vi hade borde EJ hyras ut om det ska vara fest i lokalen vägg i vägg Vi hade dock bokat 3nätter fre-måndag och borde fått ett bättre rum

Hotellet är under renovering vilket inte framgick öht vid bokning. Tråkiga, opersonliga, gamla slitna rum. Deppigt lekrum som receptionisten knappt visste vart det låg och en knarrande hiss som man knappt vågade åka i. Ändå tar hotellet rätt saftigt pris. Resturang får dock bättre betyg pga väldigt mysig miljö. Maten ok, inte mer. Vi kommer nog inte tillbaks.

Slitet hotellrum

Rummet var väldigt slitet. Troligtvis inte gjort något underhåll sedan 90-talet. Inredningen likaså sliten med belysning som inte fungerade och TV som heller inte fungerade som den skulle. Den gick inte att sätta på den med mindre än att man fick lyfta ner den och dra ur och stopp i sladden igen.

Rummet var både smutsigt med tjocka lager av damm bakom toaletten, på lampor i badrummet, etc. Det låg gammalt blodigt papper kvar i sängen och halvätna godisbitar i hyllan/skrivbordet. ”Spa avdelningen” var det sämsta jag sett. Handdukar och öl/drickaburkar låg lite varstans , på golvet, på borden, osv. Allmänt skabbigt totalt sett! Sängarna var hårda och kuddarna platta, mm, mm…

Bättre kan ni.

De var en bit till parkeringen att släpa på barn och packning men det löste sig, det som drar ner på betyget var frukosten dåligt utbud och inga sittplatser då de stängt av halva matsalen. De platser som fanns var på den kalla uteserveringen och inte ens när vi bad om att få sitta inomhus med två yngre barn gick detta att lösa. Den stängda delen skulle bestämt hållas stängd. Vi var flera som blev utvisade till den kalla och blöta uteplatsen. Sen var de mindre bra städat hittade jordnötsringar på golvet från tidigare gäst.

Personalen lyfter hotellet.

Hotellet kändes väldigt slitet, stämde inte överens med bilderna. Detta är dessutom första hotellet jag bor på som inte har luftkonditionering, så rummet var otroligt varmt. Man kunde låna fönsterhandtag i receptionen, men hjälpte föga.. Belysningen i hotellrummet var under all kritik, det var så mörkt i rummet så jag funderade på att gå till Clas Ohlsson och köpa en bygglampa. Deras taklampor bestod av riktbara spotlights som hade väldigt låg spridningsvinkel. Detta i kombination med mörka väggar och golv gjorde att hela hotellrummet kändes som en grotta. Sängarna hade behövt ses över, väldigt mjuka som inte gav något stöd. Personalen är verkligen detta hotellets grundsten och stöttepelare, alla vi träffade i reception och restaurang var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma oavsett med vad man bad om, de får utan tvekan fem stjärnor!
