"This hotel like many on the ocean front have pictures of rooms that do not properly describe what an average room looks like. This is an extremely old hotel and the rooms show. Beware! I lost alot of moolah because I booked a non refundable room and hotels.com customer service is trash"

"The bedroom door inside the room was broken and no shampoo till we made the request. Stay two night and did not clean the room and front desk staff were unprofessional where they hide in back room and you have to wait 5 to 10 mins before they show up.
