Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel
It looks like parts of the building are being upgraded which is a good sign. The staff was courteous and helpful and having a restaurant on site was especially good. The downside was having the water turned off overnight and morning was not very pleasant.

Courtyard by Marriott Norfolk Downtown
Room was clean, but refrigerator didn’t work. Neither did the one in my daughter’s room. Problem with air and tv. Staff helpful. Don’t count on Starbucks or the Bistro being open either.

Property is great with a parking garage and easy access to great food spots. Battleship Wisconsin is literally yards from the garage. We were on the 11th floor, and the loud music from one of the restaurants kept us up until midnight on a Saturday night. Staff certainly offered to move rooms, but ...

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Virginia Beach (Oceanfront)
The hotel was great, the elevators are pretty slow. There was also a incident in front of the hotel which had the street blocked off and I couldn’t return to the hotel for several hours.
