"Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. "Nice place with terrace overlooking the gardens so very pleasant on a warm sunny evening. Pool very clean and was nice to swim in but I wouldn’t call the overall faculty an ‘oasis’ - it feels a bit more functional than that. Nice and friendly staff at both reception and in the restaurant. Very modern and obviously renovated bathroom which made my room feel very liveable in but thin walls in the bedroom and I could hear coughing from the room next door. Overall the place is tranquil and relaxing but just a bit tired in places."
