"Excellent hotel, location, staff, breakfast"

"I loved the hotel, nice style and comfortable rooms. Didn’t really use the facilities although would have liked to, but was busy on work trip. My only complaint is that as a vegan it wasn’t worth going down for breakfast. There were a few salad items but the bread was stale and no plant-based milks. I brought my own oat milk, and coffee was OK but not great. For most people though it looked like they had a plentiful breakfast. I’d have been happy with better bread and better coffee. "Wonderful stay! Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!"

"My husband and I loved it, it was our first trip to Armenia and my choice of the hotel with the view of reasonable prices, great facilities, convenient location if you decide to rent a car to explore the country and be away from the busy traffic and at the same time close enough to get a taxi to the city centre ( £ 1.50 -2.00 by taxi), absolutely lovely staff as helpful as in London hotels of South Kensington area where I have been staying for my training 3-4 nights a month since September. "Very helpful staff nice rooms"

"Outdoor seating areas, private and communal. Beautiful view of Mt Ararat is, alone, worth staying here. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is lovely. Rooms are on the 14th and 15th floors of the 15 story building, with elevator and exterior, (nice, cute) winding iron stair between floors from the breakfast room extensive outdoor patio, to the 14th floor outdoor area. Rooms also on the 2nd floor. Three stairs to get to the lobby with a makeshift steep ramp, too steep to wheel luggage."

"Beautiful property, centralized location, friendly and helpful staff, specious clean roms, excellent breakfast, beautiful garden, nice bar area, courteous and smiling staff, good amenities like Swimming pool, gym, steam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, this is my third stay and I responsibly recommend to a family peaceful stay"

"Started our days with a wonderful breakfast. The weather was warm so access to the pool was a plus. Walking to nearby markets or short taxi trip to the city. Nearby bank for exchange in Nairi medical building was handy. This is our second stay and we’ll be back."
