First, I must highlight the incredible staff—Octania, Shawn, and Darlene truly made a difference with their friendliness and attentiveness. They are essential to this establishment and deserve recognition for their hard work. However, I found some aspects of the amenities lacking considering the price. The hotel doesn’t seem very family-friendly, as the kids' club operates only during limited hours, leaving little for children to do outside of that. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite standard; after a couple of days, they became repetitive. It would have been nice if the breakfast staff were more proactive in offering beverages like water and coffee, and the tables could have been cleaned more efficiently for incoming guests. I also noted that happy hour is only available every other day, and while complimentary drinks are offered at dinner, the long wait in line can be frustrating. Another consideration is the beach location. It's directly across the street, accessible through a tunnel, which may not be ideal for everyone. The designated beach area is rocky and can be quite windy, leading to some discomfort with sand blowing around. "Pros: The room was clean and as described. We had enough bath towels and beach towels and bonus that there is a washer and dryer in the room. The pool was large and clean, but was quite cold. There seemed to be enough loungers and umbrellas as it was not too busy. The rooms have beautiful large windows that view the ocean and pool which I loved the big open view out. Cons: The resort doesn’t have much to offer in terms of snack food (by pool) or entertainment of any sort. It is quite quiet. I realize people do live there. It depends what your cup of tea is. I prefer a bit more liveliness but if you enjoy quiet and tranquility this is your place. I wish the resort offered complimentary beach chairs/umbrella to bring to the beach. This is however an extra free, and they did not have umbrellas to rent at all. I would recommend for those we need some extra space but don’t mind the quiet."
