Friendly and helpful staff arranged airport pickup and drop-off and all my outings. A/C and cable TV stations. The nearby supermarket looks dodgy but I felt quite safe there. The thing that is lacking is wifi.
Overall, it is a good hotel, especially, the proximity to the airport is a peace of mind. The food served at the restaurant is also excellent.
Likes: Friendly, helpful staff. Food, exec. Lounge. Location. Cleaniness and upkeep great. Spa..massages etc. Cafe. Dislike: No self service laundry, cost of laundry serice very high. Food although great is high priced. Some cheaper options could help.
Hotel staff was great. We found a bed bug in our room. When I showed it to the they upgraded is to a new room. They seemed to be on top of things as they said they would have someone come in to clean and spray that day. Just a reality of hotels I suppose.
For a recently established private island resort, it’s got a lot of pluses and the activities to do once you’re on the island are plentiful and I have no doubt will be added to in the near future.
