"Very clean and modern hotel rooms. Well air conditioned. Enjoyed our stay here. My only criticism was the shower flooring was very slippery and a worry when showering. However I would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is ideally placed for the Arena, shops and restaurants. It is also only a 20 minute walk to the station where you can get trains to Lake Garda, Milan and Venice. The views of the Arena from the terrace are beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms are finished to a high standard and cleaned every day. There is a fridge where the bottled water is replaced every day. The breakfast had a large choice of hot and cold food and was very good value. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They greeted us when we arrived and brought our bags to our room and booked us tickets for the opera at the Arena. The Spa is lovely and well worth a visit. We couldn't have asked for anything better and had an amazing stay at the hotel."

"Hotel Serenella is a hidden gem in the heart of Sirmione. The staff at this hotel truly know what hospitality is all about. EVERY member of the staff make you feel not only like a valued guest but a member of the family. The location is wonderful and in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of Old Town as well as the ferry. Need anything… just ask.. a restaurant recommendation, where to park in Verona… special breakfast… DONE Hotel Serenella is simply wonderful!"
