"Everything was amazing with our stay except for the hot water when you would take a shower the hot water wouldn’t last but about 2 minutes and then it would get cold that’s definitely an issue when you have multiple kids and adults that need to take showers"

"Hot tub was out of service, 2 of 3 elevarors went down Sunday morning while the whole hotel was trying to check out. Lack of carts to service guests during peak times. Got scolded by staff for wandering into the breakfast area after breakfast times. Clean overall, very nice room with a great view of the airport and the East side of Norman. Packed hotel this weekend. Not a place for a quiet retreat, but it has great amenities on site and is in a great location. Nightly parking charge is a bit much and out of step with the region. Overall positive experience."

"The property is in a good location. The rooms were clean and plenty of restaurants close to the property. We did have an issue on the first night. My wife started scratching her arms and turned on the lights to see if there were ants or something else. She killed 3 almost invisible bugs. They looked like bed bugs. They already had blood in them. She went to the desk to have them move us to a different room and the staff moved us immediately. The next morning my wife went back to the front desk to return the keys from the room with bugs and told the employee the situation. Employee yelled at my wife and told her not to say that what bit her were bed bugs. With a very loud voice, she told my wife that they could have been mosquitos, fleas, ticks, or some other bug but not bed bugs. She basically called my wife ignorant for not knowing what bit her. My wife just told her that she knew the bugs and it was a bed bug. My wife is allergic to any type of insect, so she had several red sores on her arm and feet. This particular staff member was very rude."

"For years, I have considered this a reliable destination where I knew exactly what to expect in terms of excellence. However, our recent stay was an eye-opening experience that confirmed the facility has undergone a drastic shift in philosophy, trading its once-stellar reputation for a bottom-line-focused approach that feels decidedly "cheap." The front desk staff were wonderful. They were a saving grace. The housekeeping team does a stellar job. Our room was impeccably clean upon arrival. It was a relief to walk into a space that was well-sanitized and tidied. Once you step out of the room, the quality decline becomes obvious. Every amenity & feature that once made this hotel a premier choice now feels like an afterthought. Extended wait for tables while looking out over half-empty dining rooms is not just an inconvenience; it is a signal of poor management and a lack of adequate staffing. The attitude of the hostess at the Brazilian steakhouse was something to be greatly desired, greatly. It's disheartening to see such decline of what used to be a guest-oriented establishment. It's lost its edge, and it's no longer holding itself to the high standard for which it was once known. If you are looking for a clean hotel, you will find it, thanks to the housekeeping team. However, if you are looking for the full service, quality amenities, and all-inclusive hospitality that this brand once promised, you will leave disappointed."
