"This was my second stay here, and all was well. The water pressure/volume is very high, but that also means a lot of waste, as the shower volume can’t be adjusted without affecting temperature. The bed was very firm but comfortable. They accommodated an early check-in as well. "

"Excellent hotel BUT ... would like it to be a bit more SENIOR people friendly for those of us who are not so computer literate. Couldn't figure out how to work TV... Door to room closes so hard it's difficult to use it. Hit me on the arm and I have a large bruise. Would also be a good idea to ask when checking in if room needs to be close to the elevator. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again if staying in this area. In the future, I will look for E's when traveling."
