"We stayed here for two nights. The location is great. It was close enough to all of the area in Halifax we needed to get to. The front desk was pretty standard. The room was clean but there were some stains on the floor, a little bit of mold around the tub, a rip through the carpet…but it wasn’t dusty and things were definitely vacuumed and wiped down. The beds felt older to me but maybe it was that they were firmer than I’m used to. The pool was the best part for my six year old. The breakfast was not that great. The eggs tasted like maybe they were from a powder or liquid egg. It had an odd texture. The second morning the oven had broke and there was on beans for hot breakfast. The hotel was dog friendly. We paid a pretty high price for the room and it did the trick but wouldn’t say it was worth the money."
