Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
There is no wifi existing but they tell you it is not working just a lie amso no power in your room and no power after 8 pm. No hot water for 3 days u til we complained over and over finally on the last day they had it. Not near the gate of nikorongo you have to hire a car to get there and the gorilla's can't get anywhere near the campsite so that is a lie and the batwa experience is fake and stupid don't pay for it
