Service is impeccable: the staff are warm, attentive, and make your stay feel effortless. The cuisine is outstanding, fresh, and elegantly prepared. An ideal base for gorilla tracking, yet so beautiful it feels like a destination in its own right. A unique, high-end boutique lodge I would highly recommend and gladly return to."

"Nice properly with beautiful green natural surroundings. Staff for dining were very slow. Buffet items were finished or cold when we got there and no effort to refill. Lunch only given choice of a la carte while others had buffet with lot of choice.Hans kept refusing any orders we requested as vegetarian including making a sandwich which despite explaining thoroughly he got it wrong. "
