"Front desk clerk wasn’t there when I went to check in and had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to get there. Lighting in the bathroom needs to be addressed because it’s too dark and old smoke detector left in closet that started beeping at 5:30am in the morning."

"All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Poorly designed toilet paper holder was a bit frustrating as the tube kept getting hung up on the two prongs and would cease to turn until being centered again between the two prongs, only to slightly shift again requiring ..."
