Excellent service overall from reception to house keeping. Room air cond not function properly / too warm even at 17-19C. Spa not good / price and menu confusing / decided not to use. Far from metro / have to rely on taxi (acceptable).

Shangri-La Guangzhou
Clean and fresh room with city views & orchids! Buffet breakfast was a treat and an experience not to be missed. Restaurants foods was fresh and delicious! (Pricy food compared to any other outside restaurants. Amenities are excellent as is the swimming pool/s.
