"The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The bedding was good. The pans in the kitchen were unusable as the teflon coating was badly disintegrating. I had planned on making breakfast before we left. "

"The Inn was nicely clean and reasonably priced, albeit it is a bit tired. For example, the room had a very comfortable desk chair, which we took advantage of, yet the surface of the upholstery was badly worn. The caulk in the bathroom needed some work, but the bathroom was sparkling clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The winner of the Baraga Lakeside Inn was, surprisingly, (to me), the restaurant, where I enjoyed one of the best lake trout dinners that I've ever eaten. The sweet waitress, Donna, was a fount of general information about the area, places to fish, all while providing excellent serving skills. We enjoyed our stay and loved the view of Lake Superior, and I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here."

"The kitchen was fully equipped with stove, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls... Everything you would need to prepare and eat a full home cooked meal. Fridge worked and was clean as were the rest of the appliances. Beds were clean with clean linens. Same with the bathrooms which were fully stocked with washcloths and towels. I would stsy here again if needed."
