I have been coming to Lake arrowhead resort last 5 years same month and weekend, I understand it had snowed so check in be later not early but to find out staff that cleans didn’t t show up was just unbelievable.I was told come back at 1pm mind you the lady was very nice so ,I came back at 1pm still ...
