The hotel is a newer property with nice aesthetics. We stayed in a room with 2 double beds meant to fit 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 12). Even by our British standards it was small. Hakone Kowakien Miyamafurin
Excellent staff, rooms, and facilities. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The included kaiseki dinner was far above my expectations. Everything was top notch!
