Good but used to be better
I stayed here in June and then again in October and noticed a big difference. The hotel was less clean, service had gone down and hotel looked like it had more wear within such a short amount of time. I booked a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room which I had to complain about to get a new room. The new room they put me in looked like no one had stayed in for months. Full of dust and mirrors hadn't been cleaned. The key card on my door kept deactivating because the battery was dead which was a big inconvenience. Also it was very loud near my room because it was near the service elevator and one night all you could hear was yelling between a group of women, Whether it was employees or other guests I am not sure

Very nice loation, quiet, clean and freindly staff. The service vrs price is as good as it can get.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The location is great with the exception of a bunch of subway construction that makes it a little difficult to drive to. It is quiet. Good restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff. I've already stayed here twice in the past month.

Dans un cadre business, cet hôtel n'est pas adapté. Localisé juste à coté d'un parc d'attraction l'hôtel est essentiellement fréquenté par des familles Chinoises. Beaucoup d'enfants au petit déjeuner et dans les couloirs de l'hôtel.
Service d'étage et blanchisserie de très mauvaise qualité.
Pas de taxi devant l'hôtel, il est donc nécessaire de faire appeler des taxis avec l'attente qui en découle.

The room is very nice and clean. The lighting of the lobby can be improved.

so bad . we already paid the expense to hotels .com but they insist me to pay the expense rmb 4000 again
we explained to them but they insisted no no no ...and sunday morning 8:00 am wake me up and knok the door ...we hate to bother me ...under we take the break ...
