Okay, this is an Ibis,,even though it was an ibis Styles. It was very basic and simple yet clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and all spoke good English. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Great for a short stay in Nimes. Great staff and in good location for me - good breakfast selection too. The hotel appears to have only one elevator for guests and staff to freshen rooms which can lead to long wait times sadly.

That parking was literally next door, very convenient for the sights in Nimes. That breakfast was included and that a water, coffee and fruit juice machines were available to guests 24/7.

Good budget hotel, shame about the air con
Decent size bedroom and good standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was really good - with a broad range of food, and helpful staff. However, the downside was that the air con in the bedroom kept switching off and therefore we didn't sleep well as it was hot and stuffy. I opened the window but there was noise from the street. I asked the staff about this and was told that the thunder storm had interfered with the electricity. Odd that it didn't affect any other electrical devices in the room, so draw your own conclusions. But other than that, we had a good stay and I would recommend this hotel. Good value for money.

Location of the hotel was perfect right next yo the train station but still quiet and safe area with Carrefour City about 50 meters in case you needed to buy anything.

Ibis Styles Nimes was very convenient for the bus and train station. Very clean, basic room with good buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were all nice and helpful, even those who had little English. The complimentary breakfast was a feast, and the evening meal we had tasted freshly cooked, altho the concierge told us it was 'pre-prepared and then re-heated', which I took to mean frozen and re-heated in a microwave. Anyway, it tasted freshly cooked. This is not an elegant hotel, it is a bare-bones but nicely appointed, comfortable place. It may not have all the bells and whistles some people prefer, but it is clean, comfortable and accessible. I would go back if I had the opportunity.

Ideal hotel for a short break
When we arrived we thought the hotel wasn’t in a very good location, just beside the station in amongst residential apartments. However, just walk through the station and you are at the bottom of a beautiful boulevard which leads straight into the old town, about 10 minutes walk away.

Ibis Styles perfect for a short stay.
The Ibis styles is great for a one or two night stay. Just across from the station which you walk through to get to the historical centre. Nimes was really lively and a lovely place to visit.

Great hotel by all means
The property is really nice, with a terribly friendly and helpful staff on every shift. Very helpful and caring at all times. The room was larger than Ibis Styles average, very new and very well cared, comfortable and very quiet at night so I could have a great sleep. Location is unbeatable to be honest, especially that I needed to take few trains, so this came as the primary choice, arriving 5 meters away from the hotel's front via the airport bus, and just opposite the main train station. Walking distance to anywhere you wish to go in Nimes for sightseeing or going out, plenty of choice of shops and restaurant nearby. Breakfast was quite nice too.

Nice hotel convenient location if your there to see the Roman history. ....right next to train station so can take a trip to Arles not far also good for Roman history. ..the staff are very friendly the breakfast is excellent...they all speak perfect English and they have secure underground parking. ..once again thank you to all the very friendly staff

Quick and friendly reception. All facilities worked. Room simple and ideal for a night or two. Good breakfast, varied and wholesome. Serving from 6am excellent for travellers. Good, all round, no frills place to stay for visiting the city. Proximity to SNCF station perfect!

A stroll from the Arenas of Nime
Stayed here after staying at an Ibis Styles in Montpellier, France the night before. This one looked a bit worn. Room was OK, but paled in comparison to the modernized version of the previous night. This being stayed, you are smack in the middle of town. However, this also means that parking can be an issue if you are driving. Finding a way to the neighboring parking garage is no easy task and it took us a good 20 minutes to figure out where to go as you end up in a labyrinth of one way streets. Still, once you are set up, you can very quickly walk through the station to the park and the arenas of Nimes. The nice thing about the "Style" in the Ibis chain is that continental breakfast is always included, and it is decent.

Perfect stay close the all the Sights of Nimes
I very much liked the Nimes Ibis Styles Hotel. It is a 30 second walk from the central train station and a couple of minutes walk to all the great sights in the city. The hotel is very clean and fresh; a very pleasant stay.
