4/10 Poor

"Liked........................location Look at the ratings I just provided. The bed was never changed. The towels never changed and were old and actually shredding. The room was not cleaned. The TV was limited and not easy to use to locate channels. Most of the stations stated no signal and was limited on availability. The front desk was polite and available. I will not stay again or recommend to anyone. The price was good but would have paid more if it met better standards in all areas."

"I have traveled for 35 years and Hampton Inn was a favorite. This is the worst one ever. The condition of the hotel was bad it is used and abused - furniture etc. and very dated with mismatched lamps etc. Oh breakfast was 6 am to 10 am. Went down at 9:40 but all the hot breakfast items were gone with just scraps. I was told we stop cooking at 9:30 becase we waste too much food. I asked why do you advertise those hours? She did offer to heat up some items for us after that. They did have some notices that they are in refurbishing the hotel but must say it is years overdue. My advice look for another hotel in that area. Just suffice it to say, I will never go back to that location again. "

"The place shall have a physical pos terminal for payment. Which they don’t. It’s neither secure nor confidential to allow plastic details to whatever payment interface they’re using without informing where hotel enter it. Not good at all. I have internet transactions restriction and had problems while check-in. Please get a pos terminal not web upload!"

"My stay was for two nights. The first night I found ants crawling across the desk in my room, but decided to chalk it up to just a small annoyance. On my second day, I went down for breakfast at 9:30, and the breakfast was already closed down. I was disappointed because I have been told that the breakfast was going from 7 o’clock to 10 o’clock. So, I guess you could say my stay was “meh.”"
