The property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. You can't park directly at the hotel but there is an underground garage 5 minutes walk across from the park behind the hotel. They do let you pull up to unload and load luggage for check-in/out and discount the parking garage fee. The Riverside view was spectacular and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay again.

Property was a unique structure, built out of an old warehouse. Very nice design, layout and views. Front counter staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Good but noisy
in general good stay, although noise from other guests in communal areas was considerable. No notice to be aware of other guests and to take care when arriving back to hotel. No opportunity to secure windows when opened.

An e-mail was sent to me with instructions about how to have access to the reserved room, since the reception was closed after 6 pm. I have followed the instructions, but the key box, which was supposed to free the key to the room, did not work. I have called the night watch who repeated the instructions, without effect, of course, because the problem was with the mechanism of the key box.It was dark, a group of young adults was smoking marihuana in an un-illuminated corner close to the hotel entrance and throwing firework. I was told by the person on the phone that it would take half an hour to help me and check the key box. I said that I was not willing to wait for 30 minutes and that I would look for another hotel, which is what I have done.

the room had heating that didnt work - I was there for a business trip so the reception for the second night - 3 rd day told me that they will fix the problem- then the 4 rd day also nothing happened and the reception could not do anything exept of transfering me to a basement room with a wall view and not bridge view I payed-i dinied and they told me they could give my money back-also nothing happened...if you have anything to ask they dont know anything - the brekfast also is nothing at all....very disapointed I;m visiting 2-3 times a year Nijmegen and it was the worst and most expensive

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel wasn’t sure if this would be a hit or miss. The room although felt dated was acceptable - not my usual style but there wasn’t many options in my price range in this town but this hotel was absolutely fine. The card machine wasn’t working so I had to pay cash for my room rather than MasterCard breakfast was supplied for us, service couldn’t fault. The hotel reception closes at 8pm when you need to let yourself in through the night entrance

Easy walk to restaurants and center of town. Good location on the riverfront. Room was a little stuffy, without good air circulation. We had a little trouble finding the night access door, to get back in after 8:00.

Small hotel situated with views of the river Waal. We were fortunate to have a front room with views of constant river traffic, very enjoyable.

Hotel close to the waterfront near centre
Nice little hotel near the waterfront close to the city centre (uphill can be steep). I had had a long day and the weather wasn't the greatest, but the staff was friendly and the room comfortable. There are some restaurants nearby on the waterfront that are still open in winter.

Nice hotel close to the city centre and the river.
Lovely hotel. I was travelling alone and it was easy to find and perfect for what I needed. Breakfast was great and the facilities were decent. No kettle in the room though, which would have been nice.

Cozy little hotel
This is quite a small hotel, not far from Nijmegen city centre. It's super nice and cozy. There's not a lot of amenities, but the charm more than makes up for it.

Great appearance and position. Room accessibility up narrow, steep stairs - not great with suitcases. Only one towel per guest, not changed in entire 3 day stay. Poor lighting in entire room and no mirrors other than in bathroom

I would stay there again as it's a very nice, clean hotel in a fab location. We missed breakfast however so can't comment. Free WiFi in the room was a bonus. Great location in the heart of town.

A reasonable hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Building is old and quirky but we liked that! Good cold breakfast buffet, you can cook your own hot eggs/bacon/pancakes. Housekeeping 'adequate'.

We will stay here again!
The hotel was great and very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again as our son lives in Nijmegen so it is a good location for us. The room was quite chilly so you need to turn the heating up high and leave it on as the ceilings are very high and it takes a while to warm through. It is a buffet breakfast which was very pleasant. Great view of the bridge and river from our room.

From the moment we checked in, until three days later when we checked out, the staff were brilliant. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast plentiful (continental-style). Nice little bar, and a very pleasant riverside location. Slept well as not much traffic seemed to go by at night.

Kamer was schoon maar bloedheet. Matrassen zo zacht dat je in een kuil ligt Ontbijt ondermaats ham kaas en salami grote potten pindakaas waar je uit moet scheppen bolletjes slecht aangevuld. Wel leuk dat je in het fietsmuseum kan ontbijten. Kortom locatie top qua ligging maar te veel betaald voor wat je er krijgt.
