Very walkable to Niigata station. Also very safe and peaceful street with a few restaurants asbyou walk back to hotel Receptionist was very polite and helpful. We had a good 4 nights Stay.

カギ紛失の弁済費用が異様

カードキーの保証価格が6000円。後から見つかっても払い戻しはしない。普通カードキーの紛失はタダでしょう。なんかおかしい。物理的にキーシステムの交換でもするのならわかるがなくしたという申告ですぐに代わりのキーをくれた。ということはデータの書き換えで済む話。

新潟で心地よい宿泊

新潟駅からも徒歩で数分、周辺ではコンビニや居酒屋も多く、便利です。フロントでの対応も丁寧で快よい感じでした。部屋の大きさも広すぎず、狭すぎずで快適した。エアコンも時間予約が可能で、仕事から戻ったときに部屋が涼しく助かりました。次回もと思います。
