"Through Expedia booking, the indication was the 17th floor restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It apparently is not available for lunch.
One morning (12:30 am) we put out the breakfast in room order card. It was not picked up, so no breakfast delivery. The staff was apologetic for both issues."
