Theyre hotel is so homely and full of character and the views are quite breathtaking.

The hotel appeared to be in a residential area which gives a true feeling of being in Switzerland. The views are stunning and all the local attractions and train station were within a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was suitable for coeliac visitors

A lovely hotel. Pleasant staff. The dining options were not great (one of the restaurants was closed when we were there) but there are many other options in Interlaken. The breakfast was superb. Pleasant staff who worked hard to make the stay easy.

The old time charm of this hotel really helped enhance the feeling that you are in a more rural part of Switzerland. It is a much more traditional type of hotel which feels more like a large guest house where people are invited to relax in the lounge or sit outside in the sun and admire the views.
It is fairly close to the Interlaken West train station and main part of town. There are shops and restaurants nearby that make it easy to find somewhere to get a good meal.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room.

Great spot to get away from it all. Wonderful hiking trails, we hired e-bikes from reception to explore the area. The hot-pot (jacuzzi) was top, you need to book a slot with reception which means you have it just for your group which was great. The restaurant and bar were great quality and all staff very friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Lovely apartment with wonderful views. We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable. Appreciated having the aircon as it was very warm some days. Great location, easy to walk along the river to the centre of Interlaken or to either train station. Would definitely recommend and would love to return some day. Will remember the view from the balcony for a long time!
