Bed a bit on the soft side, and a coffee maker in the room would be nice. Tip: sign up for their ‘H Rewards’ loyalty programme and you get free public transport ticket from reception."

"Clean and comfortable. Economy rooms basic as you’d expect but still good value. Only issue is housekeeping start before 8am very loudly and the walls are thin so they will wake you up. So don’t expect to sleep later than that!"
