"Everything is good, but a bit noisy from railway"

"Room was very well appointed and lots of plug sockets everywhere. Nice bathroom, shower enclosure leaked (I rarely find a hotel that doesn't). Room was warm even in March and the air-con only worked for heat at that time of year. TV had only 2 English news channels, not even one English movie or music channel. Shame. It's nice to go to bed and watching something for an hour..... We would stay again, it's super central and we paid only £75 p/n."

"The place smell very bad. It supposes to be none smoking, but people smoke in their rooms and you can smell it from your room. You can smell the cigarrette from “clean” bathroom towers. "

"Stayed for four nights, great hotel, clean, comfortable bed, great staff, walkable to local restaurants. "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however we had to hand in the room key whenever we left which we felt a little uneasy about, and the shower drain was so blocked, the shower tray filled up very fast."

"Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning, the cleaners also appeared to forget that guests were still in the room sleeping. However, the reception staff were amazing. All the girls we met were very helpful and apologetic for the issues, even though stuff were beyond their control. Their professionalism really stood out. The location is very good."
