Very Frustrated!!!
The hotel didn't even have our booking on their system!!! They also didn't have rooms available, so we had to find accommodation elsewhere.

Room is good but not that clean. Few reception staffs are not that professional. Breakfast supposed to be complementary but the front desk charged us for Rs. 750.00 after a long wait and many phone calls it was resolved.
