The staff are all very friendly and helpful. When we informed front desk staff about a faulty TV . To our surprise the maintenance staff was already at the room door waiting for us immediately. When the card could not work for the elevator, staff immediately rectify the issue.
Especially Ady who is very helpful and provides information and clarifications to assist guests with a cheerful smile.

No changing room in the other one.
However nice swimming pool and restaurant on the 6th floor and professional staff
