White Oaks Resort & Spa

"Generally very good and in a great location to access everything in the Niagara area. Our only complaint is while they say the pool is adult only after 9PM, they do not enforce that and as there were lots of kids at the resort, there were kids in the pool at 10:30 the night we wanted to use it. When they left the pool they went directly into the hot tub. They disregarded the request of an employee. Perhaps it was our mistake to stay in a facility that caters to families during the summer, and that is my only complaint as it is a very nice hotel/resort with very nice facilities - just too many kids for our taste."

"Very quiet and comfortable. Good staff and reasonable value for money. Good easy parking but would benefit from some hangers to hanging clothes. Much better than your average motel."

"The Oban Inn is a delightful place to stay. Not only are the grounds impeccably landscaped, but also the spa is tranquil and inviting. Yoko, the spa manager, is professional and knowledgeable about many health issues. Her massage was otherworldly, one of the best I've ever received! The front desk was always helpful, especially Hazel who bends over backwards to make you feel welcome and cared for."

"We had an outstanding stay here. The staff here is so professional and kind - everyone we interacted with. We had a slight issue with our room and the staff worked to fix it and were nice enough to comp our breakfast (which was really good too). If we come back to the area, this is where we will stay again."

"This was a fantastic, budget friendly location. The two bedroom suite was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchenette and full fridge were very useful. For those coming for a longer stay, you may want to consider bringing a kettle or coffee maker as none is available in the room. Coffee and breakfast locations are only a 5 minute drive down the road. All in all, I strongly recommend this location."

"Everything perfect. Breakfast undesirable. Almost better not to bother offering it would have given 5/5 if they went with no breakfast over that. Something is not always better than nothing because it misleads people into changing or not making other plans. If you normally eat breakfast out of the freezer aisle you'll be happy though. Next door does breakfast, cheap and decent. Obviously some kind of community hub so nice on that as well."
