Most concerning was the restaurant food handling and sanitation practices. Various meat, cheese, and dairy products appeared to be left unrefrigerated or inadequately cooled for extended periods, raising serious food safety concerns. The overall food quality and freshness were disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for guest service and hygiene.
Not front desk staff were present the entire day and while the restaurant staff were generally polite, the condition of the facilities and concerns surrounding food safety made the stay difficult to recommend."
