everything was awesome! loved the jetted tub and the beds are so cozy. one major downside for us was the shower. The door did not close so water sprayed out onto the floor and the water was luke warm at its hottest. great stay otherwise!

7.99 for a can of Buble may be a bit excessive. Stay away from the convenience store in the hotel. Obscene pricing.

We were in an accessible room and the telephone didn’t work. The staff at the front desk was so misinformed. The vending machine on our floor didn’t work, there was no sign on it. We had to go all the way to the lobby from our tower 3 times to get tokens for vending machines because the front desk staff gave us incorrect information about which floor the vending machine would work. In the end we had to walk all the way to another tower to get to the working vending machine. The temperature control system in the room is so bad, it turns on to either too cold and then turned off to make the room hot, all of us had stuffy noses the next day. While we were there our elevator also got stuck and the door wouldn’t open. Luckily upon trying a couple of times, the doors opened themselves but it’s clear they need maintenance. The location of the hotel is great, and they give you coupons for nearby attractions & restaurants. But honestly, it wasn’t a hotel I’d be returning to again. Go with Marriot!

Very easy check in and check out. Clean, staff friendly, rooms spacious, pool was great for kids, and the hotel is right in the middle of everything.

Had to find other parking. Trying to charge $50 per night is ludicrous. NOT A GOOD WAY TO TREAT YOUR PATRONS . When we return, another hotel will be chosen.

I surprised my husband with a 2 days trip to Niagara Falls and we had a great time! Check-in was friendly and fast service. The older gentleman outside explained parking and got us a great spot!! Everything was within walking distance which was wonderful since everywhere you go you have to pay to park the only down fall but you have to expect that! The hotel was clean smells nice hot tub was perfect and pool very clean stocked with towels! Check out was just as friendly and quick!!!

The elevator was broken (we got stuck twice) would have taken the stairs but we were on the 7th floor. Nothing was done to fix it. Parking fees were ridiculous and for the price I paid breakfast should have been included.
