We had a wonderful stay at Melia. Staff were so friendly and helpful, great pool and restaurant facilities, close to the beach and many restaurants and eateries and entertainment areas. The only suggestion would be providing some kitchen equipment such as cooking utensils, plates and bowls etc to use as the kitchen was bare, although I acknowledge it is advertised as a suite only. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Nha Trang.

Hotel located in the central. Only 5 min walk to night market and so convenient to walk around. There’s a mall attached to the hotel where you can get your grocery, there are 2 coffee chain attached to the hotel as well

Housekeeping would only come if we called them. Usually after 5 PM. The restaurant in the hotel was substandard, and the food was not quality, not good. Every time we stay here, the rooms get smaller and smaller. They don’t seem to care about repeat guests.

Bad check-in and stay experience. Can't recommend!
The hotel did not properly prepare room for us. When we arrived, we had to wait for 45+ minutes. They said that our assigned room had an issue and that they're struggling to find another room for us in time. They finally managed but the wait was not pleasant, and we didn't know exactly who to contact during the wait time because the staff moved around a lot. Afterwards, during our 2nd day, both of our 2 room cards could not access our room out of a sudden. We had to call reception desk over to get new room cards. There are certainly issues with the whole room management system of this hotel. Remedy: the hotel reception desk offered us free late check out for our last day (which carries little value and is meaningless because we had to fly out early on that day. We asked for free breakfast instead but only got free breakfast for 1 day. There was no remedy for the erroneous room card. Conclusion: cannot recommend this place due to poor experience before and during the stay.
