"We’ve stayed at Natureva Spa before and asked for the same room again (initially when we booked a room, and again a couple of weeks before check-in), so we were very happy to find that the hotel had arranged this for us. We didn’t utilise the spa on 2/F, but we did use the indoor pool, sauna and steam room on 1/F - they were never crowded; the sauna and steam room are open 3pm-8pm, and the pool 9am-9pm. Breakfast is available for a fee, but we tend to self-cater; the room contains plenty of pots, pans, crockery and utensils, plus dish cloth and tea towel. The beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and there are 3 small supermarkets in the resort (one each in Heliopolis, Port Nature and Port Arbonne). Various nightlife options, depending on your tastes!"

The quiet area, the simplicity, the very mellow ambience, the appearance of the hotel, and the kindness of the staff added up to an unexpected and unparalleled experience for us. What a gem. "This is an adorable location in a quaint area. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get to utilize the spa and pool, but they looked impressive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitively recommend."

"A great stay at the Ibis...Staff were very good and friendly especially Amrita from Mauritius. Carpet in Reception, Access to Lifts and Restaurant area very worn and not pleasing to the eye. Overall a lovely stay!"

"An old complex that looks like it hasn't seen any work done on it since 1980. Awful rooms. Terrible area, nothing to do. I was looking forward toa swim after my week long bike ride from Bordeaux but the poolm was closed, no reason given. Absolutely terrible place to stay, avoid."
